As a player, coach or admin, in order to use SportEasy, you are going to need to create an account using your email address. You will then need to activate your account by verifying your email.
Verifying my email address
If you have received an invitation to join a team as a player/coach or as a parent, you will need to create an account on SportEasy if you do not already have one.
As soon as your account has been created, you will receive an email with a verification link.
You need to verify your email so we can make sure it's an active account and you will receive all the important information concerning your team.
All you need to do is click on Confirm my email, and your account will be activated.
The verification link does not work
The verification link is only valid for 48 hours. Passed this delay, you will need to request a new verification link.
If there is an error in the email you entered, you can change it and request a new link.
I didn't receive a verification link
Your email can be considered invalid if:
- You have declared SportEasy as SPAM
- You unsubscribed from our emails
- One of our emails was blocked by your email account
In this case, we need to unblock the invalide email address.
Your coach can do it from their team members database.
You can also get in touch with SportEasy's contact team using contact@SportEasy.net through the HELP button on all pages on the website or through the HELP button on the mobile app.
