Change / recover your password

If you already have an account on SportEasy, but you forgot your password and can no longer log in, this article if for you. 

If you don't have an account yet, and are looking for a code to join a team, please read this other article.

Find out how to change or recover your password while navigating:

• On the SportEasy website 💻
• On the iOS app 🍏
• On the Android app🤖

On the SportEasy website 💻

From any page on the SportEasy website (www.sporteasy.net) :

• click on 'Sign in'

• then click on 'Forgot your password' 
• on the next page, enter the email address you are using on SportEasy
• you'll receive an email to change your password
• if you don't receive this email, please contact us

On the iOS app 🍏

Once on the home screen of the app:

• click on 'Sign in' (and not on 'Sign up')
• on the next page, enter the email address you are using on SportEasy and a wrong password
• click on 'Sign in' even if you know that the password is wrong

   

• on the error message click on 'Forgotten password?'
• on the next page, enter the email address you are using on SportEasy
• you'll receive an email to change your password
• if you don't receive this email, please contact us

                

On the Android app 🤖

Once on the home screen of the app:

• click on 'Sign in' (and not on 'Sign up')
• click on 'Forgotten password?'
• on the next page, enter the email address you are using on SportEasy
• you'll receive an email to change your password
• if you don't receive this email, please contact us
