Join a team as PLAYER/COACH

You are the member (player, coach...) of a team using SportEasy?

To join this team on SportEasy you must ask the person in charge of managing the team to invite you.

You'll then have two options to join your team depending on:

1. If you have received an email invitation from your coach 📧
2. If you have received an invitation code (or a link) 🔗

If you have received an email invitation from your coach 📧

If the person in charge of the team (usually the coach) knew your email address, he most probably sent you an email invitation to join your team. 

Once this email received, you have two options depending on:

• If you opened the email invitation on your laptop 💻
• If you opened the email invitation on your mobile phone 📱

If you opened the email invitation on your laptop 💻

You just have to click on Join my team.

You'll be redirected to the SportEasy website.

And you'll find yourself in one of these two situations:

1) You don't have an account on SportEasy yet:

• Log in with Facebook
• OR create an account (your first name, last name and email address are already there): you just have to choose a password

Once your account created, you'll be automatically redirected to your team on the SportEasy website.

2) You already have an account on SportEasy:

• Log in with Facebook (if you used your Facebook account to created an account on SportEasy the first time).
• OR login using the email address and password linked to your SportEasy account.

Once logged in, you'll be automatically redirected to your team on the SportEasy website

You opened the email invitation on your mobile phone 📱

You just have to click on Join my team.

You'll be redirected on the SportEasy website throught the mobile browser of your phone.

And you'll find yourself in one of these two situations:

1) You don't have an account on SportEasy yet:

• Log in with Facebook
• OR create an account (your first name, last name and email address are already there): you just have to choose a password

2) You already have an account on SportEasy:

• Log in with Facebook (if you used your Facebook account to created an account on SportEasy the first time).
• OR login using the email address and password linked to your SportEasy account.

Once your account created, or once you're logged in, you'll have the choice between:

• Downloading the SportEasy app (if you don't have it yet)
• Open the SportEasy app (if you already have it)

You must proceed as follow, depending if:

• you have received an invitation code (e.g. AX3PT)
• you have received an invitation link (e.g. www.sporteasy.net/en/join/AX3PT/)

• you are using this code on a laptop 💻
• you are using this code on your mobile phone 📱

1) You don't have an account on SportEasy yet:

• Go to https://www.sporteasy.net/en/join/
• Enter the code
• Click on 'Create a SportEasy account'

• You then have two options:
  • Sign up with Facebook
  • OR create your account with the following information required:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Email address
    • Password (of your choice)

Once your account created, you'll be automatically redirected to your team on the SportEasy website.

2) You already have an account on SportEasy:

• Login to your account on the website
• Go on My Teams
• Click on Join a team
• Enter the code of the team

You are using this code on your mobile phone 📱

1) You don't have an account on SportEasy yet:

• Download the SportEasy app on your phone
• Click on Sign up
  
  • Sign up using Facebook
  • OR create your account with the following information required:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Email address
    • Password (of your choice)       

• Click on Join a team
• Enter the code of the team

You'll be automatically redirected to your team in the SportEasy app.

2) You already have an account on SportEasy:

• Open (or download) the SportEasy app on your phone
• Click on Sign in
• Enter the email address and password linked to your SportEasy account  

• Click on Join a team 
• Enter the team's code

You'll be automatically redirected to your team in the SportEasy app.

You received an invitation link (www.sporteasy.net/en/join/AX3PT/)

• you click on the link using a laptop 💻
• you click on the link using your mobile phone 📱

1) You don't have an account on SportEasy yet:

• Click on 'Create a SportEasy account'

• You then have two options:
  • Sign up using Facebook
  • OR create your account with the following information required:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Email address
    • Password (of your choice)

• Join the team as a 'Member'.

2) You already have an account on SportEasy:

• Click on 'Sign in with my SportEasy account'

• You then have two options:
  • Log in with Facebook (if you used your Facebook account to created an account on SportEasy the first time).
  • OR login using the email address and password linked to your SportEasy account.

• Join the team as a 'Member'.

You click on the link using your mobile phone 📱

1) You don't have an account on SportEasy yet:

• Click on the think to join the team
• Click on 'Create a SportEasy account'
• You then have two options:
  • Sign up using Facebook
  • OR create your account with the following information required:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Email address
    • Password (of your choice)

• Confirm you want to join the team
• Download the app (or open it, if already downloaded)

2) You already have an account on SportEasy:
