Join a team as PLAYER/COACH - 🖥️ 📱

You are the member (player, coach...) of a team using SportEasy?

To join this team on SportEasy you must ask the person in charge of managing the team to invite you.

You'll then have three options to join your team depending on:

1. If you have received an email invitation from your coach 📧

2. If you have received an invitation code 🔢 

3. If you have received an invitation link 🔗

This guide explains how to join a team as a player or coach.

If you have received an email invitation from your coach 📧

If the person in charge of the team (usually the coach) knew your email address, he most probably sent you an email invitation to join your team. 

On a computer 🖥️

1. Open the email and click Join my team

2. If you don’t have an account yet: create one using your Name, First name, Email, and Password.
   If you already have an account: sign in.

3. Specify that you are joining the roster as a Player.

On your mobile phone 📱

You just have to click on Join my team.

You'll be redirected on the SportEasy website throught the mobile browser of your phone.

Meanwhile, do not hesitate to download the app. 

If you have received an invitation code 🔢 

Using the code on a computer 🖥️

1. Go to: https://app.sporteasy.net/fr/join/

2. Create your account or sign in.

3. Click Join a team.

4. Enter the code.

5. If needed, specify that you are joining as a Player.

Using this code on your mobile phone 📱

1. Download the SportEasy app on your phone/tablet.

2. Sign in or create an account.

When creating an account, you will be asked to verify it by clicking a link sent by a verification email.
You may skip this step to join a team but this step is essential in the use of SportEasy. 

3. Tap Join a team.

4. Enter your team’s invitation code.

5. Tap Join this team.

🔍 Good to know
If you are already part of at least one team on SportEasy, first tap your current team. A list of your teams will appear. Tap the “+” symbol on the right, then select Join a team.

Clicking the link on a computer 🖥️

1. Click the invitation link sent by the coach.

2. If you already have an account, sign in.
   If not, you will be redirected to create one.

3. Click Join the team.

Clicking the link on a smartphone/tablet 📱

1. Tap the link.

2. Select I’m creating my account or I already have an account.
   Sign in or create your account.

3. Confirm your role if needed.

I’m the coach of the team I just joined — how do I register as such? 

When you first join the roster, you will appear as a Player by default.
An administrator or another coach with the appropriate permissions can then update your profile and assign you the Coach role.
