Join a team as PARENT of a player - 🖥️ 📱

You are the parent of a child playing in a team, and the coach of the team is using SportEasy?

To join this team on SportEasy you must ask the coach (or the person in charge of managing the team) to invite you.

You'll then have two options to join the team of your child, depending if:

1. you have received an email invitation from the coach 📧
2. you have received an invitation code 
3. you have received an invitation link 🔗

You have received an email invitation from the coach 📧

If the Coach knew your email address, he most probably sent you an email invitation to join the team as a parent, to manage your child.

You just have to click on the Join the team or Join the club button in the email.

You'll be redirected to the SportEasy website.

And you'll find yourself in one of these two situations:

1. You don't have an account on SportEasy yet:

• Create an account (your account, not the account of your child) with your first name, your last name, your email address, your password

Once your account created, you'll be automatically redirected to your child's team on the SportEasy website.

2. You already have an account on SportEasy:

• Login using the email address and password linked to your SportEasy account

Once logged in, you'll be automatically redirected to your child's team on the SportEasy website. 

 

You have received an invitation code (e.g. AX3PT)

• you are using this code on a laptop 🖥️ 
• you are using this code on your mobile phone 📱

1. You don't have an account on SportEasy yet:
   1. Go to https://www.sporteasy.net/en/join/.
   2. Click on Create a SportEasy account (your account, not the account of your child) with your first name, your last name, your email address, your password (of your choice)
   3. Enter the code
   4. Mention that you want to join the team as A player's parent
   5. Finally, you have to:

• Enter the first name and last name of your child (if you are not already managing your child in another team on SportEasy)
• OR select the child in the list

You'll be automatically redirected to your child's team on the SportEasy website.

2. You already have an account on SportEasy:
   1. Login to your account on the website
   2. Click on My Teams then on Join a team
   3. Enter the code of the team
   4. Mention that you want to join the team as A player's parent
   5. Finally, you have to:

• Enter the first name and last name of your child (if you are not already managing your child in another team on SportEasy)
• OR select the child in the list

You'll be automatically redirected to your child's team on the SportEasy website.

You are using this code on your mobile phone 📱

1. You don't have an account on SportEasy yet:
   1. Download the SportEasy app on your phone
   2. Click on Sign up
   3. Create an account (your account, not the account of your child) with your first name, your last name, your email address, your password (of your choice)       
   4. Click on Join a team
   5. Enter the code of the team
   6. Click on Join this team
   7. Mention that you want to join the team as A player's parent
   8. Finally, you have to:

• Enter the first name and last name of your child (if you are not already managing your child in another team on SportEasy)
• OR select the child in the list

You'll be automatically redirected to your child's team on the SportEasy app.

2. You already have an account on SportEasy:

   1. Open (or download) the SportEasy app on your phone
   2. Click on Sign in and enter the email address and password linked to your SportEasy account    
   3. Click on Join a team
   4. Enter the code of the team
   5. Mention that you want to join the team as A player's parent
   6. Finally, you have to:

• Enter the first name and last name of your child (if you are not already managing your child in another team on SportEasy)
• OR select the child in the list

You'll be automatically redirected to your child's team on the SportEasy app.

You received an invitation link 🔗

• you click on the link using a laptop 🖥️ 
• you click on the link using your mobile phone 📱

        6. Download the app (or open it, if already downloaded)

   1. Click on the link to join the team
   2. Click on Sign in with my SportEasy account
   3. Login using the email address and password linked to your SportEasy account.  
   4. Mention that you want to join the team as A player's parent
   5. Finally, you have to:

• Enter the first name and last name of your child (if you are not already managing your child in another team on SportEasy)
• OR select the child in the list  

         6. Download the app (or open it, if already downloaded)
