Join a team as a PLAYER / COACH - 🖥️ 📱

To join a team on SportEasy, the coach or an administrator must first invite you.
You can then join your team in three ways:

• 📧 via an invitation email,

• 🔢 with a team code,

• 🔗 using an invitation link.

This guide explains step by step how to join a team on SportEasy, whether you are a player or a coach.

You have received an invitation email from the coach 📧

If the team manager (the coach) had your email address, they were able to send you an invitation email to join the team directly.

From a computer 🖥️

1. Open the email and then click on Join my team.

   

2. If you do not have an account yet: create one by filling in the fields Last Name, First Name, Email and Password

3. If you already have an account: log in.

4. Specify that you are joining the squad as a Player

   

You have received a team code 🔢

• you are using this code from a smartphone/tablet 📱

From a computer 🖥️

1. Go to the page https://app.sporteasy.net/fr/join/
2. Create your account or log in.

3. Click on Join a team

4. Enter the code: 

   

5. Specify that you are joining the team as a Player if needed

   

From a smartphone/tablet 📱

1. Download the SportEasy app on your smartphone/tablet

2. Log in or create an account

      

When you create an account, you will need to verify it by clicking on a link received in one of our emails. You can skip this step to join a team but this step is essential to use SportEasy.

• Click on Join a team

• Enter your team's invitation code

• Click on Join this team

      

💡 Please note

If you are already part of a team on SportEasy, first tap on your current team. The list of your teams will appear: tap the + symbol on the right, then select Join a team.

From a computer 🖥️

1. Click on the invitation link sent by the coach.

2. Log in if you have an account and if you do not, you will be redirected to a page to create an account.

3. Click on Join the team

   

From a smartphone/tablet 📱

1. Click on the link.

2. Select I create my account or I already have an account.

3. Log in or create your account.

4. Confirm your role if necessary.

I am a coach of the team I have just joined, how do I indicate my role?

When you join the squad, you will first appear as a player.
An administrator or another coach of the team with the necessary permissions can then update your sporting information and assign you the role of coach.
