Has your training session been moved by an hour? Is your next match postponed to a new date?
If you are a coach or player-coach (or "admin" of the team, whatever your sporting role), you can postpone an event on SportEasy.
On the website, from a computer 🖥️
Postpone from the event page
Go to the event page
Click on the event settings icon
Click on Postpone the event
You can then choose to:
change the date and/or time of the event
Postpone to an unknown date, if you do not yet know when the event will take place
Notify players of the postponement to send them an information notification
Reset players' availabilities and call-ups to erase the response history from the original call-up, and send a new call-up to find out the players' availabilities for the new date/time.
Postpone from the team calendar
You can postpone an event directly from the Calendar tab:
Switch to list view
Click on the 3 dots to the right of the event to see the associated actions
then on Postpone the event
You can then choose to:
change the date and/or time of the event
Postpone to an unknown date, if you do not yet know when the event will take place
Notify players of the postponement to send them an information notification
Reset players' availabilities and call-ups to erase the response history from the original call-up, and send a new call-up to find out the players' availabilities for the new date/time.
On the mobile app 📱
From the calendar:

Click on Postpone the event
