Postpone an event - 🖥️ 📱

Your team can't practice today because of the bad weather? Your upcoming game has been postponed?

If you are a coach or a player-coach (or just admin of the team, no matter your sports role) you can postpone an event on SportEasy.

On the website, using a computer 💻

Postpone on the event page

• Go to the event page
• Click on the event settings ⚙️
• Click on 'Postpone event'

You can then:

• Edit the time/date
• 'Postpone to an unknow date' if you still don't know when the event will take place
• 'Notify players of postponement' to send them a notification
• 'Reset player availability' in order to delete the presence status of your players, and send them a new invitation to attend the event on the new date

Postpone on the calendar view

You can postpone an event when browsing the calendar:

• click on the settings icon of the event
• click on 'Postpone event'

You can then:

• Edit the time/date
• 'Postpone to an unknow date' if you still don't know when the event will take place
• 'Notify players of postponement' to send them a notification
• 'Reset player availability' in order to delete the presence status of your players, and send them a new invitation to attend the event on the new date

On the iOS app 🍏

On the calendar:
