As a coach/admin, you can edit the event of your choice (date, time, venue, opponent, etc.).
On SportEasy, there are different ways to edit events:
Editing an Event on the Web 🖥️
If you are a coach or player-coach, you can edit the details of an event (event type, date, time, location, invitation status, and visibility) at any time directly from the calendar.
Steps:
- Click on the settings icon in the "Actions" column and select Edit Event.
From the Calendar View:
- You can directly click on the event from the calendar to begin editing.
From the Match Sheet:
- To access the match sheet, click on the event in the calendar, then choose Edit Event from the top-right settings icon.
You will be redirected to an interface where you can update the event details according to your needs.
Single Events vs. Recurring Events (Web)
Once your edits are complete, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
- For a single event: Click Save to confirm the changes.
- For a recurring event: You can choose to apply the changes to this specific event only or to this event and all the following events in the series.

- Canceling a single event.
- Postponing or changing the date or time of one or more events.
- Changing the event type (e.g., "Match" → "Training").
Editing an Event on the Mobile App 📱
From the calendar, tap on the event you wish to edit.
Steps:
- On the match sheet, tap the gear icon in the top-right corner to access the settings.
- Select Edit Event (illustrated with a pencil icon).
- Apply the changes you want, then tap Save.
Single Events vs. Recurring Events (Mobile)
- For a single event: Tap Save to confirm the changes.
- For a recurring event: Choose to apply the changes to this specific event only or to this event and all subsequent events in the series, then tap Confirm.
