Why don't my events appear in my calendar?

SportEasy allows you to sync your calendar and personal schedule (Google calendar, iCal, Outlook...)

The process is not the same for all roles, so some events may not appear.

• As a coach and/or admin: All upcoming events are synchronized
• As a player: All future events you will attend are synchronized
• As a parent: All future events your child will attend are synchronized

Coach and/or administrator of a team/club

Depending on the number of events you want to synchronize, the delays can be more or less significant.

You may initially see the name of the Team in your calendar, without the events.

If after 24 hours, you still see nothing, we invite you to contact our support team.

Player and/or Parent

Responding to invitations

Only future events you have responded to as attending are synchronized with your calendar.

As long as you have not received an invitation and responded to an event, there is nothing to synchronize.

Synchronization delays

Depending on the number of events you want to synchronize, the delays can be more or less significant.

You may initially see the name of the category in your calendar, without the events.

If after 24 hours, you still see nothing, we invite you to contact our support team.
