My collections, 100% online and 100% free – SportEasy

SportEasy Club gives you the opportunity to receive payments from your members quickly and free of charge. They can pay you online in a 100% secure way, thanks to our partner Stripe, the global leader in online payment infrastructure, but you can also track payments manually (cheque, cash, sport pass, etc.).

Authenticate your bank account

First of all, you must authenticate with Stripe in order to invite your members to pay via SportEasy.

To do this, simply complete the form and add your documents (the document must be legible and in pdf/jpg/png format).

Here are the documents to prepare for your authentication:

a document from the association/company (SIREN number or the association's statutes, for example)
a form of identification for the legal representative

If your documents are compliant and the supporting documents are legible, your account will be authenticated within the hour.

NB: from the document upload page be sure to click the edit button, and scroll to the bottom of the page to upload your documents. Your documents must be of good quality and show exactly the same information as on the form you have completed.

With SportEasy you can receive online payments for any product or service sold by your club.

Create your collection

Select the type of collection you wish to create (memberships, activities, pre-order, fundraising), then fill in the required fields.

Manage your information
Create your pricing grid
Activate/deactivate a price

You can activate/deactivate a price if necessary (a price for a specific period, an error on a price, price no longer available, etc.).

Create your form

You can request all the information you need at the start of the year (image rights, clothing size, shoe size, medical certificate, etc.

Transfer your data to your database

You can transfer the data collected in the form to complete existing profiles or import new members.

Manage your payment methods

You decide which payment methods your members can use to pay.

Finally, share your collection privately or publicly to also share it with people outside the club via a QR code, a URL link or a widget.

Duplicate your collections

You can duplicate your collections as many times as necessary. For example, reuse the licence collection for the following season.

You can then edit it in the drafts to adapt it to the new season.

Invite your members and track their payments

Invite your members:

For members already registered in your club, everything happens on SportEasy. When you create the membership for the coming season, your members receive a notification on SportEasy and can pay you directly online.

You can assign them a price so they only see the one relevant to them.

For new sign-ups, share a link or a QR code (via your website, a visual at the stadium or gym, etc.) to the club registration form, which will allow them to enter their personal information, pay their membership fee to your association... and join your club's SportEasy space!

Track payments:

Once your members are invited to take part in the collection, you will find all the information in your tracking table. In just a few clicks, you save valuable time.

You will find all your transfers in the dedicated tab.

We initiate a transfer every Wednesday that includes all transactions made during the period from the previous Monday to Monday.

For example, you collect €200 between Monday 11 and Monday 18 March, we initiate the transfer on Wednesday 20 March and you will receive this amount 5 days later, that is, on Monday 25 March.

Are there any fees for my club?

You can choose to set up your collections with a tip system or fixed commissions.

1. Tips (default option) for € and £

SportEasy allows you to collect online payments without charging any fees to your sports association. We offer your members the option to leave us a tip when they pay.

They can choose not to leave anything, but in that case the Stripe fees will be fully covered by SportEasy. Without these tips, we lose money on every payment.

This is a risk we are willing to take to allow your association to use our service free of charge.

We are counting on the generosity of your members.

How the tip system works:

Create a new collection in your club or club team
List your different prices
- No fees will be deducted from the payments
- You will collect 100% of the amounts paid by your members

2. Fixed commissions

If you have a Club subscription to SportEasy, for a payment made in France/Euro the fees are 1.3% of the amount paid. For other currencies, you can read this article : Collecting payments in $US, $CA and CHF: What are the costs for my club? - 🖥️

SportEasy has negotiated directly with Stripe to reduce this rate and save you money. As a result, we offer the lowest rate on the market for amateur sport.

Online payments are extremely regulated. The solutions that allow these payments to be managed - such as Stripe, our partner - are rare.

By paying banking and management fees, you guarantee the security of your transactions.

⚠️ You can have these fees covered by the club (e.g. charge €100 and receive €98.70), or pass them on to the participant (e.g. charge €101.30 to receive €100).
