SportEasy allows club managers to communicate with their members using a single tool. End the days of tracking WhatsApp messages, back-and-forth emails with parents and last-minute text messages.

This guide will help you communicate more efficiently with your club. 

Send official messages to part of your club or all club members 

On SportEasy, you can send a top-down message to all your members, or to certain team(s), or to certain member(s). Briefly, you can inform whoever you want, whenever you want.

To create a new message, go to the "Messaging" tab and click on the envelope.

Next, enter the subject of the message, then the sender, before choosing who you wish to send it to:

• the whole club
• certain team(s)
• certain team role(s): coach, player
• certain club role(s)
• certain member(s)

Send messages to a group of members or an individual member 

On SportEasy, you can communicate with a specific player, all coaches, or the whole team at once. Briefly, you can communicate with whoever you want, whenever you want.

To create a new message, go to the "Messaging" tab and click on the green envelope.

Next, enter the title of the discussion (optional) and choose the recipients:

• a single person
• several people
• the whole team
