Keep track of all club events - 🖥️

Sports association managers are regularly faced with scheduling and pitch allocation problems. SportEasy CLUB has developed a shared calendar feature, helping you avoid these unforeseen events. SportEasy allows managers to track all club events on a shared calendar.

This guide will help you communicate more efficiently with your club. 

How can I view the club calendar?

The events created within each team by the coaches are synchronized in the CLUB calendar, so that the Sporting Director - for example - has an overview of all club activities at any given moment. Admins can know which team is playing where and when, and can anticipate any problems with pitch availability, with SportEasy's simple calendar.  

To view your club's events, go to your club's calendar tab. You can choose how you want to display the shared calendar: day, week, month or the whole season. 

How to manage multiple club events? 

Filtrer your events

As a manager, do you need to look up the details of a game, or communicate important information to all participants?

A club manager can also do this from the shared calendar.

In fact, the Club calendar comes with a filter system (by team or by type of event) so that managers can decide exactly what events they want to see. 

Once the events have been filtered, club managers can click on the event to communicate important information directly on the dedicated messaging thread, or modify it if necessary (e.g.: cancellation, postponement, change of venue...).

Create an event for a team or your whole club

During the season, certain events will concern all members, or several categories. End-of-year and end-of-season parties are perfect examples.

From the shared schedule, club managers can create club events and invite all (or some) members. This means they will know exactly how many members will be attending, and they will be able to communicate the information they need to make sure the event runs smoothly.

In the Club calendar, managers can also create events for club groups and teams: training sessions and games for all categories, a board meeting with club administrators, or a briefing with educators.

These will appear on the team calendar and on the Club calendar.
