Invite a referee, a score keeper or any other person to attend an event

You need to invite a volunteer, a referee, a score keeper, or any other person who does not have the role of "player" or "coach" on your team?

These roles do not yet exist on SportEasy. But you can still very easily invite them. And also allow them to indicate their presence or absence to your events.

This is how to do it:

• Invite this person as a "casual player" on the team.

This name isn't necessarily the real role the person plays in the team, but it allows you to invite them to events.

• Manually invite the person from the event page.

"Casual players" can not be automatically invited to events.

• Assign a task to the person (only with PREMIUM or CLUB subscription)

You can create any type of task on SportEasy, for example: "referee", "score keeper", or "physical trainer".
