As a team coach or club admin, you can update the attendance list for an event before or after it took place.
Update the attendance list BEFORE the beginning of an event
You will need to update the attendance list if the player can't do it themself, or if you would like to tell the player that they have to be present (or absent) for the event.
You need to know that when you change a player's status, they (and their parents) will receive a notification letting them know about this change.
The different status' are:
- Available
- Awaiting reply
- Not selected
- Unavailable
- Waitlist
If the event has not yet started, you can still change the player's status:
- From the website 💻
- From the mobile app📱
If the event has started, you should read the second part of this article.

Go to the event page and:
- Go to the Attendance page
- Click on a player and slide them into the right status

You can update the status of:
- One player at a time
- Multiple players at once

- Click on the three dots next to their name from the attendance list on the game sheet
- Choose the right status

From the attendance list on the event page:
- Click on Manage player availability
- Select the players you would like to change to the same status
- Select the status (available, unavailable...)
- Save the changes
Update the attendance list AFTER the beginning of an event
Once the time of the event has passed, you can change your list of participants to make sure you have everyone or to change a player's status.
You will be able to indicate whether a player arrived:
- On time
- Late
- Absent
- Absent but not excused
- Injured
- Not selected
You can change a player's status:
- From the website 💻
- From the mobile app📱
Warning: to do these changes, the event must be finished on SportEasy, so the end time must be passed. If you don't add an end time to the event, you will be able to make these changes from the beginning of the event (you can delete the end time once it has started to not confuse players).
From the website 💻
Go to the event sheet and to the attendance list. You will be able to change each player's status.
From the mobile app 📱
You can update the status of:
- One player at a time
- Multiple players at once

- Choose the right status

- Click on Manage player availability
