How to hide the attendance list for an event - 🖥️ 📱

As a coach, some of my young players don't attend practice if they see that their friends aren't attending. I wish to hide the attendance list for an event.

Hide attendance for an event 

When I create an event, I can choose to hide the attendance list from the team so it doesn't influence their answer. If I do this, they won't be able to see the answers to the invitation from the other players. 

Only admins, coaches and player-coaches will have access to the answers. 

In the team calendar, I can easily see when attendance has been hidden for events. 

Hide attendance for all events (website) 

If you decide to hide the attendance list from the players in a recurring event, it will be hidden for all futur events. 

• Go to the team's calendar 
• Click on settings 

• Go to the Invitations and visibility 
• Choose Hide player attendance 
• Don't forget to Save 

Hide attendance with a waitlist 

If I allow a waitlist, the players will be able to see their position on the waitlist but won't be able to see the players above them. As soon as a position becomes available, they will be notified that they have a spot. 

Show or hide the lineup 

Once my players have replied to the invitation to an event, I will be able to create my lineup. 

• If I want attendance to be hidden until the end of the event, the lineup must stay private! 
• If I make it visible for the whole team, they will be able to see who is attending

What do members see? 

Only coaches and admins will have access to the attendance list. 

But, players will see a message saying that attendance has been hidden.
