Managing your member database - 📱

Share your passion for your sport with all of your team members: you won't be lonely for long on SportEasy! 

This manual will help you get started on SportEasy by creating your members database. 

Inviting members to join SportEasy 

To invite members to join your team, go on your team's page and click on Invite. 

You have to choose between the three possible ways to invite your members.

1. Via a link

Copy your team's link and send it to your team using your usual communication method. By clicking on the link, your members will be redirected directly onto your team, on SportEasy. The link for each team is different. 

2. Via a code 

Each team has a confidential code. When your members download SportEasy, they will have to enter this code to be able to join your team. The code for each team is different. 

3. Via email

You can also choose to invite your members by email. They will receive an email explaining how to join your team on SportEasy.

Who should I invite to join SportEasy?

Assistant coach, player, parent or supporter: whatever the sport, all your team members will have a role to play on SportEasy and each type of member will have different rights within the app.

Those who manage the team with you

They help with daily team management: add the others managers to SportEasy to help you set up your team's page and get the hang of the app. 

Players

You will need players in your member database to use all of SportEasy's features. Once they have joined SportEasy, they'll be invited to created events and you save so much time. 

Parents

In a youth team, parents have an important job to help with organization, management and encouragements. SportEasy knows their importance and allows you to add parents to each players profile.

Editing a member's profile

To edit a member's profile, all you need to do is click on the pen icon on the top right of the screen on the profile. 

You can then change all the information found on the page, except the email address if it has been validated by the member. 

If you wish to delete a member, go into the settings of the member's profile and click on Delete member.
