Messaging system - 📱

With SportEasy, coaches will receive notifications directly on the app rather than having to check their emails as well as WhatsApp and messages. 

This guide will help you communicate more efficiently with your team: 

• Sending messages to a group or a single person
• Sending messages concerning an event
• Share photos, videos and PDFs

Sending messages to a group or a single person

On SportEasy, you can communicate with a specific player, all coaches, or the whole team at once. Basically, you can communicate with whoever you want, whenever you want.

To create a new message, go to the "Messaging" tab and click on "Create". 

Next, enter the conversation subject (optional) and choose to whom you wish to whom you wish to send it: 

• A single member
• A few members
• The whole team

Sending messages concerning an event

You need to send a message to the whole team concerning an event? SportEasy has already created it for you! 

When you create an event, a specific messaging thread is also created: the event chat. 

On the chat, send messages to the whole team concerning the specific event. 

Share photos, videos and PDFs

If you can send practical information via the SportEasy messaging system, you can also use it to share your emotions after games. 

For example, parents can send photos and videos taken during a tournament directly to the dedicated chat.
