Add/invite members to join your CLUB - 🖥️

You are a club admin and you're wondering how you are going to get all club members to join you on SportEasy? 

You have three solutions: 

• Add all your club members - with or without sending invites - using an Excel spreadsheet 
• Manually add your club members 
• Tell coaches to invite their members directly into the team

Add all your club members - with or without sending invites - using an Excel spreadsheet 

As a club admin, you can add all club members to SportEasy, without sending them invitations to join, so you can get everything up and running before them joining you. 

To do so, go to the Members tab from your club platform and click on Add members. 

Then, select Import your members from a file. 

Download our spreadsheet. All you have to do is fill it out with your members' info, and upload it into SportEasy. 

Once the file uploaded into SportEasy, you need to make sure the fields on SportEasy correspond to the information uploaded.

Caution: SportEasy will warn you if any columns from your spreadsheet don't match any SportEasy fields. If you don't match up the columns with the SportEasy fields, this info will not be uploaded. 

If there are any mistakes in the uploaded spreadsheet, such as the same member twice, it will appear in red and you will be able to delete or change the information. 

To invite all club members at once, click on the blue paper plane icon. They will receive an email inviting them to join your club on SportEasy. 

You can easily tell who has not yet been invited, as the email column will be blue. 

 

Manually add your club members

Go to your Members tab from the website and click on Add members.  

Select Invite new members. 

On the next page, enter your members name, surname and email (or the parent's email in the corresponding column). They will receive an email inviting them to join your club on SportEasy.  

Caution: Once your members have been added, you can take the time you need to dispatch the players into their teams.  

Tell coaches to invite their members directly into the team

Telling your coaches from the start to invite their team members will help them get used to the app and force them to start using it and implementing it within the team.
