Delete members from your club - 🖥️

If you are the club administrator and you want to clean up your club roster (or the rosters of certain teams), you may need to:

• Archive a member because they have left the club (or will leave next season)
• Manage your archived members to reinstate them or delete them permanently
• Delete a person who is no longer a member of a team, but is still a member of the club (or will be next season)

💡 Note : By archiving members, you will save money on your CLUB subscription, through credits calculated automatically in your favor.

Archive a member because they have left the club (or will leave next season)

Some members are no longer part of your club this season, or will be leaving next season?
You need to archive them from your club roster.
They will then be automatically removed from the rosters of all teams they belonged to, and will no longer count in your billing.

To do this:

• Go to the Members tab of your club menu (web version only)
• Select the member(s) you want to remove
• Click on 'More'
• Click on Archive this/these member(s)

• Choose to archive this member 

⚠️ If you plan to archive members who will leave your club next season, it’s better not to archive them immediately. Wait for the new season of your club to begin in SportEasy, so that they still have access to the app to complete the current season.

Manage your archived members to reinstate or delete them permanently

Go to the management of your archived members to decide whether to reinstate a member or delete them permanently from your database.

• If you restore them in the club, you will be able to assign them again at club and/or team level.

• If you delete the member, they will no longer be stored in your database.

💡 Note : an archived member retains all statistics related to events they have participated in and will not be removed from past events. A deleted member loses all their data.

Delete a person who is no longer a member of a team, but is still a club member (or will be next season)

Some members are no longer part of a team of the club, but remain club members, and may join another team later this season (or next season). You should remove them from that team roster.
This operation can be done by any team coach, directly in that team’s roster. But as club admin you can also decide to do it on their behalf.
To do so:

• Go to the Member tab of your club menu (web version only)

• Select the member(s) you wish to remove

• Click the More button (top left of the roster table)

• Click Delete from a team

• If those persons are members of several teams, those teams will be listed: you must select only the team(s) from which you want them removed.
