Delete members from your club

You are a club administrator and need to change your club member database at the end of the season? Or remove some players from certain teams?  

Find out how to: 

• Delete a member from SportEasy, who is no longer part of the club 
• Delete a member from a team but keep them in the club 

Delete a member from SportEasy, who is no longer part of the club

If some club members are leaving your club, you need to delete them from your club database to not be charged for them. 

They will be removed from the database of each team their were a part of. 

You need to:

• Go to the 'Members' tab of your club menu (only available on our website)
• Select the members you want to delete
• Click on 'More'
• Click on 'Delete from season' 

• Choose to 'Delete everything' or to  'Delete but keep statistics'

Caution: If you wish to keep the players info until the end of the season, it's best if you delete them just before the beginning of your next season. 

Delete a member from the club but keep them in a team 

Are some of your club members no longer part of a team? But they might join a team later on in the season? 

You should delete them from the member database of the team. All team coaches ca do so, from his team members list. 

As a club admin, you can also do it for them. 

You need to: 

• Go to the 'Members' tab of your club menu (only available on our website)
• Select the members you want to delete from a team
• Click on 'More'
• Click on 'Delete from team(s)'

• If they are a member of multiple teams, they will be listed: you need to select the teams from which you want to delete this member.
