Filter, sort and export team members' information - 🖥️

As a team member on SportEasy, you can access the member database from the website and the mobile app. 

On the website, you can filter and sort the database, to find the players you are looking for. 

In the member database, you can: 

• Filter one or more columns 
• Sort by althabetical order, ascending order
• Fixe columns 
• Display or hide columns 
• Export the data (only coaches or admins) 

Filter one or more columns 

You can filter your database using the columns created by default or that you have created. 

All you need to do is: 

• Click on Filter 
• Choose the column you wish to filter 
• Select what you are looking for  

Sort by althabetical order, ascending order

You can sort the columns in the member database by alphabetical order or ascending order. 

You can look up for example the club members weight in ascending order. 

Fix columns

You can fix columns so that it is the first information you see as you look through the database.  

All you have to do is: 

• Click on Fix 
• Select the column you want to fix 

Display or hide columns

When you are looking through the database, you can decide to hide or display columns, based on what you are looking for. 

• Click on Show 
• Select what columns you want to show or click on Hide all 

Export the data (only coaches or admins) 

If you are a team coach or an admin, you can export the database as an Excel spreadsheet. 

Click on the Export icon (arrow). 

All data will be exported, the filters will not ba taken into account.
