🏆 Feature available with our CLUB subscription 🏆
As club admin on SportEasy, you are the only one with access to the club member database.
In the club member database, you can:
- Update your members' info
- Filter one or more columns
- Sort by alphabetical order or in ascending and descending order
- Fix columns of info
- Show or hide columns
- Export the data
Update your members' info
There are two possibilities when editing your members' information, from the club database.
From their "club" profile
The club profile of a member contains all the important information concerning that member, accessible by club admins from the club platform and within each team.
Each member will also have a team profile, containing different information. You can create columns of information only for specific teams (read this article) that will not be shown at a club level.
To edit info on the club profile:
- Go to the member's profile from the member database
- Go through the information and edit :
- Identity
- Parents
- Health
- Sports related information
- Files
- Notes
- Other information
From the editing page
If you would like to edit the information of many members at once, this is the best way:
- Click on the pencil icon "Edit members"
- On this sheet, update the information and save
We recommend you save your changes regularly to not risk losing it all.
Filter one or more columns
You can filter your club members based on the information you have entered on their profile, as well as the personalized columns you have created.
- Click on Filter
- Choose the column you would like to use
- Select the data your would like to filter
You can add a second filter.
Sort by alphabetical order or in ascending and descending order
You can sort your members in your database in alphabetical order or ascending/descending order.
- Click on Sort
- Select the column you would like to use to sort your database
- Click on A-Z or Z-A depending on what you are looking for
Fix columns
You can "fix" columns in your database. This means they will appear first, and the rest will come afterwards.
- Click on Fix
- Select the columns you would like to fix
Show or hide columns
You can choose to show or hide some columns so that you can see them or not, when going through the database looking for information.
- Click on Show
- Select the columns you would like to be able to see
- Remove the columns you would like to hide
You have the possibility to Hide all or Show all.
Export the data
You can export the member database as an Excel spreadsheet.
Click on the Export arrow.
During export, your filters and the way you might have sorted the database will not be taken into account.
