Player’s Parents – Completing the Parent Form in Collections

SportEasy has introduced a dedicated parent form during collections to gather essential information and reduce the risk of input errors.

This parent form is available in :

• membership collections

• activity collections

Reading and completing the parent form

The parent form appears at step 2, depending on the pricing configuration set by the administrator.
👉 Completing the form can be mandatory or optional, based on the admin settings.

The form automatically uses the information from the Parent tab.
⚠️ The fields cannot be customized.

Required and available fields :

• Role (required)

• Last name (required)

• First name (required)

• Email (required)

• Phone number

💡 Good to know

• A parent can add additional parents, up to a maximum of 3 parents in total on the child's profile. 

• If you are logged in and registering a participant who is already a member, you can :

  • select yourself as a parent

  • or select a parent already linked to the participant’s profile.
    

If a parent already exists, their information cannot be edited from the form.
👉 It must be updated directly from their profile.

⚠️ Warning

You will see an error message if :

• the email entered is the same as the participant’s email (Identity tab)

• two parents enter the same email address
