As soon as you make a payment on SportEasy (whether you are a member of a club/team or not), you can access an order summary that includes your payment receipt.
If you pay online, the confirmation page displayed after your payment allows you to download your receipt.
However, if you leave this page, here is how to find your receipt again.

I have a SportEasy account
If you have a personal SportEasy account, it means you contributed to the collection while logged into that account.
You may have contributed:
to a collection from your team or your club;
or to a public collection linked to another team or another club.
Via the confirmation email
As soon as a payment is recorded on SportEasy, you receive a confirmation email.
Click directly on Find my payment receipt here. The receipt will be downloaded automatically.
Via the “Collections” tab of my team/club
Log in to your account on the SportEasy website: https://www.sporteasy.net/fr/home/
In My teams or My clubs, open the team or club related to the collection.
If the payment concerns your child, you will find their team/club under My children.

In the left-hand menu, click on Collections, then open the relevant collection.

A View my order label will appear if you have already made a payment.
You will then access the summary page of your orders.
For each order, you will find:
the list of transactions,
and the receipt linked to each transaction (there is therefore one receipt per payment, and one receipt per installment).
➡️ Click Download in the Receipt column as soon as the payment status is Paid.
If I contributed to a collection in a team/club I’m not a member of
In this case, you won’t be able to find your contribution from the Collections tab of the team/club (since you are not a member).
You are therefore in the same situation as a user without a SportEasy account.
Note: If you later join the team or club on SportEasy, you will be able to find your orders (and receipts) in the Collections tab of your team/club by following the steps above.
Last resort: ask the club admin!
Admins can also access payment receipts once the transaction status is Paid. They will have access to each receipt for every payment (and therefore for each installment).
In the collection management page, under the Transactions tab, a download action is available.
They can then send it to you via the Messaging feature.
I don’t have a SportEasy account
If you contributed to a collection as a Guest, without creating an account, you can retrieve your receipt using the email address entered at the beginning of your contribution.
Via the confirmation email
You can first access your receipt via the payment confirmation page after paying online, or by clicking the link in the confirmation email.
The payment receipt will be downloaded directly.
