When paying in installments, one of the scheduled payments may be declined (expired card, spending limit reached, etc.).
In this case, you will receive reminders by email or push notification inviting you to settle the unpaid installment. Reminders are sent every 48 hours until the payment is successfully updated.
You will then have two ways to fix the situation:
Update your payment using the link received by email
The Finalize my payment button in the email allows you to pay the declined installment.
By clicking this button, you will be redirected to the SportEasy website to complete the payment. You will need to log in to be taken directly to the collection page.
An information banner like the one below will allow you to update your payment.
Update your payment from your SportEasy account
If a payment fails, you will also receive a notification in your SportEasy account.
You can click on it to be redirected to the collection. Then simply click View my orders to access the page where you can Update your payment.
