As an admin, how can I easily assign my members to their teams?
You can easily assign your members to teams in just a few clicks from the “Members” tab in your club space.
Please note that coaches can also add players to their roster by selecting them directly from the member database.
Using filters to assign my members
This action can only be done on the website. You must be a club administrator to perform it:
- Go to the “Members” tab in your club space.
- Click on the filter icon.
With this tab, you can filter based on specific information. It’s up to you to choose the criteria that work best for you to easily assign your members.
Practical example:
You can filter by year of birth to display only members born in that year, and then assign them to the team that matches their age category.
Simply select them all and click on the “Actions” button, then “Add to a team.”
Choose the team you want as well as the role you’d like to assign to these members, and that’s it, your players will all be assigned to the team.
