How to create and edit a poll ? 💻📱

The SportEasy messaging system is available on the mobile app (iOS and Android) as well as on the web app. You can find an overview of how it works in another dedicated article: 🔗 Messaging system

With this new feature in SportEasy messaging, you can now create and manage your polls. This system provides essential transparency for users who want to organize themselves more easily. No more need to resort to external tools: everything now happens on SportEasy.

In this article, we will see:

• How to manage a poll once it is published?

How to create a poll ?

This feature is available in all our messaging spaces (club message, team message, forum).

Go to the messaging space where you want to share your poll, then click on the icon dedicated to "creating a poll." Fill in the title, options, and response conditions (single or multiple choice) for your poll.

NB : You can create up to 16 different options in the same poll.

How to manage a poll once it is published ?

View the responses

Once your poll is published, you will be able to follow the responses from participants directly in the conversation.

To display a detailed view of each option's votes, click "See the votes". The most voted option will appear first on the list and will be highlighted by a star.

Edit the poll

You can also edit your poll to add or delete options. Caution: if you delete the poll or certain options, the responses will be permanently lost.

You cannot edit both title and existing options of your poll once it's sent, as the conversation members would have already answered the poll according to this set up.

NB : As you cannot edit a Club message when already sent, nor can you edit a poll sent through a Club message.
