Manual season creation

To create a season on SportEasy (new or passed) you need to be an admin or a coach of the team.

Click on the settings icon of your team's page and click on "Manage seasons".
Then click on "Edit". You'll be able to edit previous seasons or create a new one. 
You will have to enter information such as the name and dates. 

For technical reasons, the seasons need to follow each other so if one ends on July 31st, the next one needs to begin on August 1st. 

By default, SportEasy will duplicate the members from your current season to your future season. You will need to go to your member database and manually remove players who are no longer in the club. 

Automatic season creation

If you don't manually create a new season, one will be automatically created for you with exactly the same players as the previous one. The dates will also be the same. 

Before it is created, we will send you an email to notify you of this creation.
