As club admin, you can collect online payments for your club using SportEasy.
The first step is opening and validating the Stripe account for your club.
You will need to send documents confirming yours and your club's identity.
The club and legal representatives identity
Once I have created my first payment collection, I need to create my Stripe account:
- Type of entity:
- Individual
- Company
- Association
This choice determines what kind of documents you will need to send to Stripe in the next steps.
- Club's information: name, address...
- Legal representative's information
- The club's bank account information
- Finally, upload the necessary documents
Why have my documents not been validated?
1. The information entered doesn't correspond to the information on the documents
If the documents submitted to not match the information entered on SportEasy, Stripe will not validate your documents.
Make sure you check all the information entered before sending it in (checking there are no errors or missing information).
Once the errors are corrected, you need to resend the documents and information to Stripe so they will authenticate your account.
2. My documents are unreadable
We suggest avoiding uploading blurry or illegible documents.
Your authentication will be delayed or refused.
If despite the information in this article, you still encounter authentication problems, you can write to us at contact@sporteasy.net
3. The format isn't accepted
The formats accepted by Stripe are:
- Identity document: JPG or PNG
- Proof of address: JPG, PNG, PDF
