As a coach (or team administrator or club administrator) I can see if some members or parents of members have not activated their account.
This means that they have not accepted the invitation to join the team (or club) on SportEasy. And therefore they do not have access to your calendar, event details, messages...

Follow-up a member with an inactive account individually
You can individually remind a member with a non-activated account to join the team as many times as necessary:
From the website, via a computer 💻
However, we recommend that you avoid doing this several times in a row (within a short period of time). This could annoy or worry them, as they will receive the same email several times in a row asking them to create their account to join the team.
From the website, via a computer
An inactive account is easily identifiable from the team (or club) roster, as it is coloured orange.
Just click on "Follow-up" next to the words "Account not activated".
A window will open to remind the person concerned. You can add a personalised message to your reminder.
Follow-up all inactive accounts at the same time
You can collectively follow-up all members with an inactive account:
From the website, via a computer 💻
Please note, however, that it is not possible to use this option to remind inactive accounts that have already been invited within the last 5 days.
This limits the risk of massively spamming these people by sending them several reminders over a very short period of time: this would be totally counterproductive.
From the website, via a computer
Go to your team (or club) roster, and click on the whistle icon.
A window will then open to remind the people concerned. You can add a personalised message to your reminder.
If you have already re-invited all the inactive members in the last 5 days, you will be informed that you cannot use the group invites for the time being. However, you can always remind an inactive member individually.
