I've paid my subscription, but I don't have access to the PREMIUM features

You have paid for your team's PREMIUM subscription, but you don't have access to all our features?

We're really sorry, we'll help you find a solution.

Here's what you need to do if :

The payment was made on the mobile app (iOS / Android)

It can happen that the transaction/payment is not correctly synchronized with our service (connection/network problem most of the time). The easiest and quickest way to solve the problem is to try to "Restore the purchase" from the same payment page.

To do this, you must:

  • Go to any PREMIUM page on the app
  • on the next page, below the price (€9.99), click on 'Restore purchase'

Our system will just check if a subscription exists (so it won't charge you anything more), and re-synchronize the information with our service.

A confirmation message should appear. If not, please contact us.

Please note that it is also possible to pay for a PREMIUM yearly (or monthly) subscription from our site via credit card. The yearly subscription (€69/year) is €50 cheaper than paying a monthly subscription all year long via the mobile app.

The payment was made on the website

You have to make sure that the payment was accepted.

To do this, you must:

  • Go to the team settings (icon ⚙️ in the menu)
  • Click on the "Subscription" tab
  • Check the payment status :
    • If it is indicated as 'Accepted': contact us
    • If it's marked as 'Declined':
      • it means you haven't been charged to your credit card.
      • you have to click on 'Try again payment', and fill in credit card information again
      • if the new payment is still declined, try to pay with another credit card.
