Does your team have a PREMIUM subscription, or does your club have a CLUB subscription with SportEasy?
You can choose to unsubscribe at any time (even if it will break our hearts 🥺💔).
To do so, simply cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription.

Cancel the renewal of a PREMIUM subscription
The subscription was paid for on the website 🖥️
You must be an administrator (Admin) of your team to be able to cancel the renewal.
Any admin of the team can carry out this action:
Go to the team settings from the main menu
Click on the Billing tab then Subscription

Click on Unsubscribe

A window will appear to confirm the cancellation of the subscription
Your PREMIUM subscription will continue to work until the end of the current subscription period, whether it is a monthly or annual subscription.
Then, your team will automatically switch to the STANDARD subscription at the end of this period, unless you have more than 30 members in your team.
In this case, access to your team will be automatically blocked. You will then need to remove members from your squad to regain access to the team. Note, you will not be able to remove admins due to their status.
You can reactivate a PREMIUM subscription at any time by going back to this Subscription tab.
The subscription was paid for via the mobile app 📱
Cancel the subscription on Android 🤖
If you are no longer sure whether the payment was made on the phone or on the web, you will see this type of message on the website when you log into your account in Settings and Subscriptions.
Open the PlayStore app on your phone.
Open the menu on the right: your photo or your initials
Go to Subscriptions
Click on the SportEasy subscription
Scroll down and click on Cancel subscription
Your PREMIUM subscription will continue to work until the end of the current subscription period, whether it is a monthly subscription.
Then, your team will automatically switch to the STANDARD subscription at the end of this period, unless you have more than 30 members in your team.

Cancel the subscription on iOS 🍏

Click on your photo to access your account
Tap Subscriptions
Click on the SportEasy subscription, and on Cancel subscription

Cancel the renewal of a CLUB subscription
You must be an administrator ("Admin") of your club to be able to cancel the renewal.
Any club admin can carry out this action:
Go to the club settings from the main menu
Click on the Billing tab, then on Subscription
Click on Unsubscribe
Your CLUB subscription will continue to work until the end of the current subscription period.
For example, if you paid for 1 year on 15 September, it will be valid until 15 September of the following year.
ATTENTION:

All access to your club will be automatically blocked at the end of the current subscription period.
No team linked to your club will be able to continue using SportEasy (unless you contact us to request that the teams be detached from the club account).
All credits accumulated in your favour, as part of our fair billing, will be permanently lost.
