You can now register opponents at the club level, accessible and visible to all teams, and distinguished from opponents specific to a single team. Club admins can add, manage, and merge opponents via settings, while coaches can select or create opponents specific to their team during events or championships. Deleting a team automatically attaches its opponents to the club.
You can now register opponents at the club level and manage them across all your teams.
🆚 What Are "Club" Opponents For?
An opponent registered at the club level:
- Is accessible by all teams
- Is visible in the teams’ opponent lists
- Is visually distinguished from opponents specific to a team
👉 Opponents created by teams also remain visible on the club side.
👤 As a Club Admin

When Creating a Championship
- If you import a federal championship, the opponents will automatically be attached to the club.
- If you create your championship manually:
- If the entered name exactly matches an existing opponent at the club → this club opponent is used
- If the entered name exactly matches an opponent attached to the team → this team opponent is used (unless a club opponent of the same name exists, in which case the club opponent takes priority)
- If no opponent matches → a new opponent is created and attached to the club

- The relevant events will be automatically updated with the retained opponent
👉 From the club, if the primary opponent is attached to the club, you can select any opponent (club or team) to replace. If the primary opponent is attached to a team, only opponents from that same team can be selected.
⚠️ If the primary opponent is linked to a championship, opponents linked to the same championship do not appear in the selection list.
