You can now register locations at the club level, accessible and visible to all teams, and distinguished from locations specific to a team. Club admins can add, manage, and merge locations via the settings, while coaches can select or create locations specific to their team during events or championships. Deleting a team automatically reassigns its locations to the club.
You can now register locations at the club level and manage them across all your teams.
🏟️ What Are “Club” Locations For?
A location registered at the club level:
- Is accessible by all teams
- Is visible in the teams’ location lists
- Is visually distinguished from locations specific to a team
👉 Locations created by teams also remain visible on the club side.

Adding a Location at the Club Level
You can create a club location in 3 ways:
- When creating an event from the club calendar
- When creating a championship
- Directly from the club settings > Locations
Managing the List of Locations
From the club settings:
- You will find all club and team locations
- You can:
- 🔍 Search for a location
- Filter the list
- View the details of a location
- See which team created a location
Merging Locations
You can merge multiple locations into one:
- Choose a main location
- Select the locations to be replaced
- The affected events will be updated automatically
⚠️ Rules:
- A club location can replace all locations (club + teams)
- A team location can only replace locations of the same team
- You will be informed of the number of impacted events before confirmation
Special Case
- If you delete a team:
→ its locations are automatically reassigned to the club
👤 As a Coach
When Creating an Event
You can:
- Select a team location
- Select a club location
- Create a new location (assigned to your team)
⚠️ You cannot create:
- A location with the same name as a club location
- A location with the same name as a location from your team
When Creating a Championship
- Imported locations (federal championships) are assigned to the club
- When creating manually:
- If the name matches an existing location → it is reused
- Otherwise → a new location is created
👉 If a club and a team location have the same name, the club location takes priority
Managing Your Team’s Locations
From the team settings:
- You see:
- The club’s locations
- Your team’s locations
- You can:
- Create a location (assigned to your team)
- Merge your locations among themselves
⚠️ You cannot modify or delete:
- The club’s locations
- Other teams’ locations
