As a player, parent of a player, or even coach of a team, you can add periods of unavailability on SportEasy. Unavailability can be justified by an injury, illness, holidays, or any other reason.
If you are a player, you add your own periods of unavailability.
If you are the parent of a player, or a coach, you can add periods of unavailability for a player.
On the website 💻
Here's how you can do it:
- Go to the roster (or directly to your profile if you are a player)
- Click on the name of the player, to be redirected to his profile
- Click on the availability status or on the 'Unavailabilites' tab
- Add a period of unavailability
- Specify the start and end dates of unavailability, as well as the reason.
- Add some details (e.g. the nature of the injury).
Periods of unavailability due to injury cannot overlap. In order to extend their duration, you can either modify those that are still in progress, or add another period that follows the first.
The unavailability of the player will then appear on his profile.
Note that the player will not receive automatic invitations for scheduled events during his period of unavailability.
In addition, if as a coach you try to invite him manually to one of these events, you will be notified that he is not available and/or injured for the event.
