Replying to an event invitation - 🖥️ 📱

As a player (or parent of a player), you will receive invitations for different types of events on SportEasy: trainings, matches, tournaments, team/club party, etc.

You can easily let your coach know if:

• You are available for the event ✅

• You are unavailable for the event ❌

You have just joined your team on SportEasy, and you can't edit your availability status for future events?

It is because the coach didn't invite you to these events yet. Just ask him to invite you to the events you are interested in on SportEasy.

You are available for the event ✅

Then simply click on YES in the email, or PRESENT from the mobile notification.

You are unavailable for the event ❌

Then simply click on NO in the email, or ABSENT from the mobile notification.

Default statuses

Since the end of 2025, it has been possible to set default statuses when creating an event, without systematically asking members or their parent(s) for availability.

Coaches can replace the Pending status with one of the following:

• Present by default:
  The member is automatically registered for the event.
  They receive a notification (email or mobile) and can withdraw at any time.

  

• Absent by default:
  The member is informed that registrations are open.
  They receive a notification and can register whenever they want.

  

So, there is not necessarily a response required in these cases, but it is important to keep an eye on registration openings for each event of your team.
