Sometimes, certain elements may appear to have “disappeared” from your club or team on SportEasy. In most cases, these items were edited or deleted intentionally by another administrator.
Until now, admins had no way of knowing exactly what had happened. This could lead to doubts about how the app works, or unnecessary exchanges with our support team.
✅ New Feature: Action History (Logs)
To provide more transparency, and to help you trace changes or deletions, we've introduced a new feature:
➡️ Action History in your club or team.
👀 What can I see in the Action History?
Every time a key action is performed in your club or team (for example: deleting an event, removing a member, editing a message), SportEasy keeps a record of it for 6 months.
In this log, you’ll see:

The date and time of the action

The full name of the person who performed it (with a link to their profile)

The type of action (deletion, edit, etc.)

The type of item involved (event, message, member, etc.)

A clear description of the action
🔒 Only club and team admins can view the Action History.
🌐 Where can I find this history?
This feature is currently available only on the web version of SportEasy (desktop).
You can find it in the “Club Settings” or “Team Settings” section, under the name “Action History” or “Activity Log.”
