Add or delete a parent to my child's profile - 🖥️ 📱

On SportEasy, a child can have up to 3 parents linked to their account. If you already manage your child's account, you can add a second parent by going directly to their profile. 

Add a parent from the website 🖥️

1. Click on the My teams button then My children

   

2. Enter your child's team:

3. Click the squad button then on your child's name 

   

4. From the parent tab, click on Add a parent

   

The second parent will receive an invitation by email to join the team. They will need to accept this invitation to join the team as a parent. 

Add a parent from the mobile app 📱

1. Click on the Members tab of the team you want

2. Click on your child’s name

   

3. Go to the Parents tab

4. Click on Add another parent

5. 

Remove myself as a Parent

Has your child become an adult or do they wish to manage their account independently? Two important things to know: 

1. Check that your child has an email address in their Identity tab.

2. To remove yourself from the profile, you must either: 

   • ask another Parent who is set up in their profile

   • ask a team or club admin
