As a coach or admin, you can import your calendar or member database from an Excel sheet.
Many options exist: import your members' data, import the league's calendar at the beginning of the season, export the attendance report of your players, etc...

- In your team's league calendar
In your club's roster
As a club administrator, you can import an Excel file (.csv, .xls, .xlsx) in your club's roster on SportEasy.
Here are the basic rules to follow before importing the file:
1. Fill in at least the 'Last Name' and 'First Name' columns
If this info's not filled in, the import will fail.
2. Add your data only in the first worksheet of the file
Do not create any other worksheets.
3. Add the email of a player's parent in the column 'Father's email' or 'Mother's email'
You should never add this email in the 'Email' column, it is dedicated to the player's personal email (if he has one, otherwise this column remains empty).
4. Respect the following formats for each type of data:
- Phone numbers:
- add the country code before the number
- e.g. +1-202-555-0186
- Date of birth:
- day/month/year (dd/mm/yyyy)
- e.g. 30/07/1990 (for 30 July 1990)
In your team's roster
If you have a Basic (free) subscription, you do not have the option to import a file into your team's roster.
If you have a Premium subscription, we can import a file for you. Simply contact us and we will send you a sample excel file to fill out and return to us.
This way, all your members' data will be on SportEasy, without you having to add it by hand.
In your team's league calendar
You can import your team's league data from an Excel file into your calendar on SportEasy.
Export a file
From your roster (team and/or club)
If you have a Premium or Club subscription, you can export your members' data from the team's roster (if your are admin and/or coach) or from the club's roster (if your are admin).
From your team's attendance report
If you have a Premium or Club subscription, you can export your members' attendance data from the attendance summary page. Just click on the export icon.

Any update on when this feature would be available?
Importing the calendar would be great as it is a lot of manual work now.
Thanks
