If you aren't receiving these emails, there are different explanations and solutions.

Your email has become invalid
If you have blocked emails being sent by noreply@SportEasy.net, you will no longer receive the emails concerning your team (event invitations, messages, password reset link). You need to write to our support team asking to unblock this email address.
When an email becomes invalid, it will be shown under the address in the member database:
You have changed your notification preferences
From your account references page, you can choose whether you want to receive notifications by:
- Email + mobile
- Only mobile
- Only email

Your inbox is blocking our emails
This can happen with hotmail.com and free.fr
Our emails are put in the inbox bin automatically.
To correct this, you can add a rule to your inbox by logging into your account and going into your settings. You just need to indicate that emails sent by noreply@SportEasy.net need to be sent to your inbox and not junk.
