As an admin, you can now delete a participant’s payment (basket) directly from the collection management page and the participant tracking section.
This article explains how to perform this action.
How to delete a participant’s basket
A basket can only be deleted if the participant chose to pay 100% offline (check, cash, etc.).
In that case:
The participation status is “In progress” if no manual transaction has been recorded from you.
The status is “Paid” if a manual transaction was added.
Then:
Go to the Transactions tab of your collection.
Click the three dots in the Action column.
Select Delete transaction.
💡 Additional info
It is not possible to delete a basket when an online payment has been recorded.
A member cannot delete their own payment.
You can delete upcoming installments as part of a payment plan.
📌 Use cases
A member selected the wrong price or registered the wrong person: the admin can delete their basket so they can register again correctly.
A member joined as a guest while they actually have a SportEasy account: the admin can delete their basket so they can join the collection with their real account.
