If you are a team coach or club admin, you can: 

• Check out the team attendance report 
• Download the report (Excel)

Once in the team platform, from the Attendance tab, you have a summary of the attendance of each player of the team throughout the year. 

You can filter the summary by event type, to analyze attendance to practice sessions for example. 

You will be able to see who is always late or unexcused to practice or games. You'll be able to ask those members for an explanation. You can also talk about this with parents if you think necessary to bring it up with them. If a player is always late to practice, it's easier to explain why they weren't selected for the Sunday game...

This summary can be exported using Excel, by clicking on the export icon as shown below.
