When offering multiple rates, it can be beneficial to directly assign a rate to a member.
This can simplify transactions for your members, especially when multiple members of the same family are part of your club.
Assigning Rates During the Invitation
In the "Broadcast" tab, click on "Invite members". Enable the "Assign a rate" option. Enabling this option opens the list of rates offered in your collection. You can then choose the relevant players.
Unchecked players will receive an invitation to participate in the collection without an assigned rate.
Assigning Rates After the Invitation
Select the participants of your choice. Click on "Actions". Assign a rate to the participants. A window opens to select the rate(s) or product(s) to be assigned.

What does a member see when I have assigned them a rate?
They receive an email invitation to participate, with the rate already selected. They just need to complete the form you created and choose their payment method.
Can a free rate be assigned?
Yes, the member will only need to complete their form to confirm their participation.
Can an assigned rate be removed if a member has already paid part of it?
If they paid by credit card (one-time or three-time payment), it is not possible to delete it. If they indicated payment by another method (Sports Pass, check, transfer, cash...), the transaction must be deleted, and then the rate can be removed.
